Happiness Month

Each year in October, we celebrate the things that are scientifically shown to make us happier: gratitudes, acts of kindness and moments of silence. 

It’s as simple as adding these things to your daily habits or just following along with the calendar:

 

 

 

You can also sign up for the newsletter to hear about events; follow the instagram and facebook for happiness related posts; or start a group. Businesses and organizations can participate in a number of different ways. And teachers can use this overview or these ideas for how to bring it into the classroom.

This is our 10th year and we’re always surprised how these simple habits make a big difference by the end of the month. And give us a chance to connect more with this unique Gorge community.
